What Really Gets My Goat
i was watching the Svakian mountain goats
well out of my depth
and cursing my luck
when i got to thinking
how come they can do anything
go anywhere
do what they want
and never get stuck?
Acapulco
whilst diving in Acapulco
i literally
came face to face
with a turtle!
a sort of Mexican sand off
if you will?
you see
i wanted to head left
but he wanted to head right
now
this may give you some idea
as to our plight?
we were at loggerheads!

her very foundations
hued from fables
see them muse
heavy browed
at Retsina'd tables
and heaven's forbid!
you forget
to pen something
of the local goats
for here come more poets.............
here come more boats......
